Joshi vada is just oke. Looks like you never tried Vada from Chabildas Galli (Srikrishna Vada) Dader, where you get excellent Vada. If you travel by Train Mum-Pune, Diwadker Vadapau from Karjat Rly station is worth trying.
Vasu Vadapau at Nigdi Pradhikaran and Chichwad Gaon is also worth trying (To my opinion better than Joshi)
