Hi After 20 years and a million pani-puri's later, I can say confidently that Guru-Kripa at Sion Jain Society, nest to SIES college serves the best pani-puri, chaat in mumbai. If in that area in morning do not forget to try their sindhi breakfast dish DAl PAKWAN,,,,,yummy! and filling allrates below 15/ each....great for low budgets like me Snehal
