My Favourite Books of 2006
by SOUMITRO CHAKRAVARTY on Sep 18, 2006 09:09 AM

The year 2006 has been a great year for me. It has been the most important year for me professionally. A lot of that can be attributed to the fact that this year i read a lot of inspirational books. It is very difficult to pick any one but i would like to mention all the books which helped me a lot in the year 2006.
I started my year with "Mega Living" by Robin Sharma.I enjoyed it to the hilt. It gave me a number of valuable insights on how a positive and productive life could be led if one follows the basics of life like early rising, balanced diet etc. It explained the important truths of life in a very easy to understand form. I strongly recommend this book to everyone who wants to enhance the quality of his/her life. This book made me a ardent admirer of Robin. So without any second thoughts i grabbed copies of some of his other books such as "The Monk Who Sold his Ferrarri", "Who will cry when you die", "Leadership wisdom from the monk who sold his ferrari", "The greatness guide" etc. It would be an understatement to stay that I was overjoyed by my decision of studying Robin's work thoroughly. His books are pure magic.I recommend Robin's book to everyone seeking inspiration!!
