I think, this whole thing abt fining people when kissing is simply outrageous! Come, on, there are several other issues which the politicians can take seriously and help India come forward!! Talk abt spitting on roads, smoking in public places, corruption at government offices etc!! These are the issues which needs to be taken care off and act more sternly towards them!!
