We have seen many things going wrong under Police..So its just a way of adding of one more rule to make the police pockets heavier..
Now the moral police will charge less and will allow to kiss...It will go like that..I have seen the messages ..crying for Indian Culture..but imagine the role of Indian Police...
Now on the kissing part...showing love or effection..is upon the couple..and they should be free to decide..more over it should be their moral to see where they are....If they are comfotable and others are ready to accept..who the hell is the police to intervean..and If the government is concerned about the Indian Culture..then please go and ban the licenced red light areas...and other bad things present in the society..
