In India kissing in public is banned but not pissing is okay? - read somewhere in the web.
this reminds me of a joke:
In a city in some foreign country the mayor is imposing a strict ban on pissing in public and violator are to arrested and subjected to strict punishment. One evening he was returning from work and he saw a man pissing on the sidewalk. So he sent his personal gaurd to arrest that man and put him in jail immidiately. Howewer the guard came running back after a few minutes......and said panting, "Sir, we can't arrest him, he is an Indian and has diplomatic immunity."
