After telephonic interview,i had to attend personal interview today,unfortunately, i did not fare well in the first phase,which consist of a breif speech about my self,for a minute without any interruption. as it was my first turn to speech,i stuttered while giving my expressions.my weakness is that i am an introvert person,and cannot come out openly with people who are strange to me,speaking among the people would have led to slight interruption in my speech. i was told politely to refine my language and go for a second trial next month. can you lend me tips in this regard.
