Here is my calculation for all the teams if they all win their remaining matches,although its not possible if one will win then another has to lose but just an assumption--

Team Points

Delhi --24
Chennai --19
Rajasthan --17
Hydrabad --18
Bangalore --16
Mumbai --15
Punjab --16

Forget about Kolkatta,even GOD cannot help them.So the last 4 teams will be Delhi
Chennai
Hydrabad
Rajasthan
