Now a days Indian captain Dhonni's performance is not well and he also can't play his natural games in these days.so i feel he should have changed in captain and also in team.because his decision as a captain is not good.he feels he can do all the things in his own decision.in this twenty twenty tournament sehwag is the main weapons in the team india.he can drastically destroy the any team bowling line up as a player of younger generations he can take any decisions not by own before taking decisions he took the opinion of its team member and also ubi should have taken the captain ship in twenty twenty tournament.dhoni has no power to manage the Indian team.because he just like a english proverbs to throw the baby out in the bath water.like a don't care condition dhoni avoid all the opinion in team member and in several occasion in twenty twenty bating line up dhoni un necessary changed the scheduled of different player list so the hitter player can't play their natural game like yuvi and yusuf while the ball is less and the run rate required is very high why n't dhoni take the proper judgmentto send this two player in top order of batting line up but in place of this two experience players the junior un experience player like ravindra jadeja,rohit sharma and raina will the take charge of top order list.in my sence this decision create an uncertain conditions in the victory of india while there is no consistency found between the captain and team members.
