Yea, We are in this state of irreplaceable because we never tried to groom ever. During the inconsistant phase of some senior players, Series selection should have included some juniors also. It was always Dravid, Tendy, Saurav, Lax. Never was any change. So obviously when one of them or all of them become non-performer, as it happend in SL series and retirement announcement comes like this, We would end up searching for talents. Again we look at Yuvraj as an option - I doubt he is a Test Player ever. He is a great entertainer and good one day player. But not for test.
