It's a good and timely decision. I think we will ahve to leave these individuals to decide wt is best for them. Dravid know when to decide. He decided to quit the captaincy when he realized it's too much burden on him and effecting his batting. If any one who would have in his position wouldnt have taken such decision. Same thing will happen with respect to his retirement, He himself will know when to retire. Same is with Kumble in ODIs and now Ganguly. So let's leave the decision to the individuals.
