Indian team knew it was a max 29 overs game, but their total was just not enough. We have seen teams score more than 200 in 20 overs in T20. Once the teams know its a shortened match the entire strategy changes. Indian batsmen seemed too cautious and were still in the 50 over mode. Anything less than 225 was gettable by SL. So, Dhoni has no reason to moan. They were outplayed by SL. He better think of the strategy when the overs are reduced.
