As said by Match Referee Jeff Crowe "each case has a slightly different set of circumstances" and they must take it as a case to case basis. There's no point in nagging and making much ado about nothing.
This reminds me of the attitude of English commentators in radio and tv during England play, let it be Tennis, Cricket, Football or the Olympics. They turn a blind eye when the decisions go in Englands favour and nag and criticise every decision made against English players. So unsportsmanlike and bloody partial.......
