In the olden days, particularly most of the black players thought they are being treated differently. There are instances for this. 1. Sachin, Sehwag and other Indian players were fined for excess appeal in a match South Africa --Referee was White. 2. But no action was taken against Shane Warne and Mark when there are clear evidences of match fixing against them are available. Coming to the present situation, ICC is supporting or did not take action against Lara, though TV and other media clearly showed that he snatched the ball from Rauf and also wagged finger. The reason could be Lara is great player and sometimes people lose temper. But this is not the way of treatment. Also that the West Indies would host 2007 World Cup. There is no doubt that ICC would have acted differently if any Indian player involved in such incident.
