I agree if Shewag is fined a part of his Match Fee, the same yardstick should have been applied to West Indian Players. Lara action definately was far more serious and should have been punished. I am at a loss to understand what exactly the Match Refreee meant by diffrent set of circumstances while refering to Collins action. ICC should realise it is far more important to enforce the rules correctly than framing them
