I believe Brian Lara's case was handled partially, Being a Senior International Cricketer, he cannot behave so rudely with Umpires by disclosing his Frustration. I feel a seasoned player will have lot of patience, but by this incident he seems to be immatured.
Coming to ICC counsils remarks on Brian Lara and V.Sehwag's fine,This clearly shows that ICC is trying to demoralise Indian Cricketers.
