Most of the bollywood folks ( who are "secular") will vote for Congress or NCP candidates in all likelihood. So how is it called voting for change? They are voting for the same parties that have done nothng for Maharashta - neither improved the power situation, nor provided better irrigation facility, nor improved infrastructure, nor provided security to citizens proactively. So they are not voting for change. Maybe ...it should read as - for a change, they are coming out and voting.
