when rules permit ,why hesitate?
by R ponnabalam (View MyPage) on Jan 17, 2018 02:06 PM

"First among the equals".No Union Minister can have his council of Ministers as the P.M.can.So if the recognition of the privilege of chief justice to make roaster is not taken as one of superior authority then the matter automatically is solved.Everybody can make roaster .That is Ok .When rules permit why hesitate Go ahead R.PONNAMBALAM

not with the contents of the letter, but the quality of English language used in drafting the letter. The letter is signed by very senior persons of Judiciary but have many grammatical errors. Very sad.

may be grammatical error in this letter. before exposing Chief Justice may might have full proof evidence of CJ and GOI without this they will not show this much guts as their working times are very less with a year these 4 judges are going to retire. therefore govt even will not go one step ahead against this judges and keep mum on the subject.these 4 judges are very much experience in court matter and court will not agree without any evidence these judges know that. suppose govt. put the leg for enquiry then it may be difficult to survive and publically come to know the why indian democracy in danger then what? If I say democracy in danger no one will believe if some high profile public people say than there is full proof evidence may be there. so subject to be full stop here itself to save our country further insulation from international community.

The country wants evidence and propriety because they are the needs. The Govt. neither this nor the previous is angelic,But things in the interest of the country should be properly done.Tomorrow some 4or 5 workers in a factory would stop work , do some public show that the job allocation by their supervisor puts the welfare of the company in danger and when the court goes to the court they will tell the court that what they did was right as there is a precedence from Supreme court and get salary for their absence and their ---."R.Ponnambalam

This is nothing but power struggle between the judges. Every judge wants high stake matters to be assigned to to him for obvious reasons. How the democracy of such a strong nation can be in danger because of allotment of certain matters to certain judges ????

Have they ever cared for public opinion, highest degree of in-subordination and administrative lapse on their part, we do not need such judges, who can terminate them.
What have they done for the corruption in judicial system. Have they ever thought of finishing cases in time, they avail maximum leaves, highest benefits, plus post retirement benefit and consider themselves superior to all.
We need SWARAJ and our own system, not system given by Britishers.
If they all are so much concerned, first they should resign and represent, want to enjoy on their seat as well as create instable condition in the country.

A joint representation by a government servant is viewed as misconduct under the Central Government Conduct Rules. Even a group of clerks cannot do that. How come, Supreme Court Judges make a joint representation and make it public? Are there no conduct rules for Judicial Officers?

Well said! They shud rather spend time introspecting the quality of our judicial system...and focus on overhauling it internally, for the betterment of society...and not indulge in petty street fights - a press conference!!
