I agree fully with the above article. Does Pakistan have any respect for courts ? Also India sent lawyer Salve who charges such astronomical sums that only rich people (including rich criminals) can avail his services !

There is a lot of truth in what Col has said. What will we do, if the ICJ rejects our request? It may not, but still there is a possibility. We have to be more careful of going to such toothless international tribunals.

As far as dealing with pakistan and chaina is concerned, India behaves like cowards. Russia has annexed cremia, where is ICJ? ICJ has ordered china to vacate the barren islands. China ignaored.India is living in fools paradise.
