The question of 2.0 beating Bahubali or even the records of Dangal and Sanju is doubtful unless and until the movie is very good. Because Bahubali was a movie which was universal in appeal and colourful which anybody could enjoy even foreign audience, but doubt whether 2.0 has the same appeal globally because we have seen so many sci-fi movies and generally all prefer Hollywood sci-fi which are well made in all respects. Doubt whether Shankar or Rajnikanth or VFX can match that level. Hope it is made good for all to enjoy. It would be a shame that inspite of India developing so much and access to all technology and art and inspite of spending so much if we are not able to match the level of Hollywood. The problem with Indian movies and Indian directors and story writers are they have to match the expectations of the Hero whom Indian worship and hence the problem. Whereas frankly content is the hero of the movie and no movie will be good if heroism is given too much importance. And Rajni is no exception.
