Most of the IT companies in India are run like Cristian missionaries, the dirty politics in the name of religion. That’s the reason these layoffs, there are no real layoffs due to automation/new skills etc. it’s dirty politics in IT sector in India. Govt should pitch in and abolish all these Cristian missionaries IT management. Majority of the senior leadership team in India play dirty politics than improving IT sector, that’s the reason situation of IT sector in India is like this.

IT industry is having normal market in India-however out Infy,TCS,wipro used their wrong practices and used indian forces to run contracts in USA ,now trump gave the kick ,they are realising the effect.Atleast let them start looking at Indian requirement and start paying normal salaries that are being paid to people in other field ,they will remain stable

Actually, companies are downsizing to effect cost cutting due to dried up projects. It's the Trump factor that shook the IT field.

New technologies have to be learned in IT. Everybody knows it. The IT field being too US-centric is the rootcause of current crisis.
