there4 must be some norm to fix salary at the country level not at company level the salary must be linked to the prductiviy of tghe company the company should be able to curtail the expenses under salary if the income is low. The total salary should be the limited perxcentage of the companys profit and the salary shud be accordingly paid to all the meployees at some ratio from epon to ceo. all the employees are contributing to the profit in their level
Actually guys, many of these companies are public listed and hence they are taking this salary publicly. However because they are owners the dividends they earn on the shares they hold in their respective companies is a LOT more than their salaries, but this is the amount they take for their chai, pani and nastha karcha so declare legally and as someone said its the actual CEOs who deserve the salaries if at all they are behind the companies gorwth..
