Very well articulated. Our minds are like pressure cookers that seem to burst out if not taken proper care. Mind is where half of our diseases start. Our thoughts, our perceptions all, if negative, start becoming a breeding ground for diseases such as high Blood pressure, Clogged arteries, depression, hair loss problems etc. Therefore it is usually advised by the people of earlier age to meditate more often to vent out that negative energy. I do aromatherapy in order to vent out that steam because aromas such as lavender have healing powers that alters your emotions and also let you sleep peacefully. I use Cycle Pure Brand and buy their home fragrance variants for DIY aromatherapy at home just before meditation!
After what I mentioned of earthworms I shall tell you of one more secret which not many Indians know of, atleast the rural guys.
Its the grapefruit, which grows abundantly in many farms and also in wild is an excellent source to reduce weight. Grapefruit excersize will do wonders.

America had overgrown apples those yesteryears and did not what to do with that excess supply. As the demand was not increasing, they created this worldwide renowned healthtip 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away'. Not necessary you need to buy expensive apple, when you get all those goodness in a cheap indian gooseberry.
throw away ac cars, bedroiom and offiec ACs, walk 4-6 kms daily,do pranayama and keep your ambitions low.Stop anger on others. Sure way to live healthy.Foods cant replace stress and body exercise factors.

Precisely! Greed is overtaking everything and people are not setting any satisfaction levels... Good food is also quite important non-the-less. we cannot walk 4-6 kms without having any energy at all. Diet and Exercise are tow sides of the same coin, alongwith morality
