PLEASE SEE THE CHANGE ENVIORNMENT.TODAY ONE CAN BUY A PROPERTY AT A STARTING PRICES OF 3 LAKHS AT MUMBAI ( TATA) OR AT 4 LAKHS AT RUDRAPUR.EVEN CHEAPER PROPERTIES ARE AVAILABLE AT MANESAR ( FALCON).AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS AVAILABLE JUST OUTSIDE DELHI AT KUNDLI( TDI), LONI(ANSAL) AND BAGHPAT.ALL THE HELP IS AVAILABLE AT HAND,BUT YOU GOING TO MAKE MONEY,LEARN TO SPEND AS WELL TO THE RIGHT RESOURCES.AT THE END ARE YOU NOT ADVISING TO BUY EXPERTISE AT COST TO THE CUSTOMERS.THAT’S EXACTLY I WAS TRYING TO SHARE.

yaar why are you comparing gold with real estate and going on and on.....we need to have apple-to-apple comparison to debate.
There can be fraud also. Be aware about Triveni Infrastructure Delhi. Mittal brothers are owner in Triveni and they took all the money of investors. They are poviding flats or plots to the invetors. They have also bribed all political goons, government employees and media.
My one suggestion is that now since we have computerised most of the processes, depts., banking & insurance businesses etc. A massive thrust (Both by Centre and States) should be given to COMPUTERISE our Land Records, Registry Process etc. so that the chances of black money, commission etc. is highly curbed. People should be able to pay revenue, lagan, holding tax etc. even in smaller cities, villages etc. online. This will go a long way in making INDIA a corruption free Country
