Holy men for the Army !
by Dr. Cajetan Coelho on May 26, 2006 05:35 PM

Infiltration of qualified holy men in the army can be rewarding for all sides. Knowledge of scriptures and holy traditions of different communities can provide a spiritual road map for our men on the march. Besides some of our community rituals are immensely meaningful and soothing for those who seek solace and peace of mind in these less easy times. The physical drills in the army will also benefit the holy men who otherwise are mostly trained for the spiritual drills in their houses of formation. The super fit holy men when they return for their annual vacation could pass on some of the tested fitness techniques to their colleagues in the civil and spiritual societies.
