Against Srilanka Match, best to include the Murali Karthic to give good support to Mr. Blaster Dhoni and Fantastic feilding support to Mr. Glorious Yuvraj. So My feeling If go with 4specialised bowlers. 1. Anil Kumble - He can change the complete game our side 2. Irfan Pathan - makes some support in batting also atleast 25runs guarantee 3. Munaf Patel - to stoke the wikets at the begining overs 4. Sree Santh / Zaheer Khan. well any one. So we have very better chance to win against Sri Lanka with 50 runs margin. or get 1 run rate increase. IND/SL MATCH WILL BE AN EYE WASH, YES - SL WILL WISH IND TO GO THRU TO SUPER 8 INSTEAD OF BD, B'COZ SL IS INDIAN SUPPORTERS, HOPE MURALI'S WIFE REQUEST THIS TO MURALI, AS SHE IS FROM CHENNAI. WE HOPE THIS TO HAPPEN AS WE CANNOT BELIVE OUR GUYS AND SL IN SUPER FORM.
I have gone through some of the messages on the discussion board and I am pretty pleased that most of us are wishing our team India that they would beat Srilanka, even after getting beaten by Bangladesh, some people are too sure that India would win, but a very few think we would lose.
I think Team India should not think too much about the statistics but go out there and play the game in good spirit. If we are asked to bat first, our team are capable of scoring 250 runs or maybe more. If we bowl first, we can get the opposition out for 230, provided we go in with 5 bowlers (3 quicks and 2 spinners). I am pretty sure we can chase 230 without too much difficulty. Well, it all depends upon what pitch is given for the team to play with and most importantly it depends upon Team India to do well and put in an extra effort to beat Srilanka.
Here in this discussion column we can only post our thoughts, ideas, the best 11 players, etc. The fact is that it all depends upon the 11 players who are going to represent India vs Srilanka. We all would come to know on the 23rd late night.
Five regular bowlers, three part time spin bowlers (yuvaraj, sachin and sehwag).If the above squad is picked up, sure, India will be playing their final match on April 28.
Boys! Pack up and come back to india. You are needed here and not in windies. Commercials are waiting. We have seen enough from you guys already. Our team raises the blood pressure of all indian people which is not good for healthy india. Even team reaches super 8, again people need to do so many calculations, lot of if's and but's to see india in Semifinal. Up's and Down's of BP is not good.
Let all watch sania's tennis match where we don't have any expectations.LOL.

Some one is going to creat problem within By putting messages like this. Like BRITISH people did "DIVED AND RULE?????
If India does not make it to the super 8 then lot of people are affected financially. So they would make sure that India does make it. The first part fo the plan was executed during SL vs Bangladesh. They lost with so many runs to help India. Ofcourse theirs is a young team and they can make lot of money this way. Second part of the paln will be executed when India defeats SL. People can argue their day or our day and so on.
But the truth is India cannot beat SL without financial backing..if you understand what I mean. Shewag will score less than 5. Ganguly will waste a hell lot of balls. Tendulkar should announce retirement after this game. Agarkar should be kicked out.
YAh may be wht u told is true. But Its a game n if money playing it, then India can make it to final of Champions trpophy held at India, And bangaladesh will beated by bermuda.. BY closing ur eyes, don't speak like that...

Truth is always stranger than fiction. I am being postive for CRICKET not INDIA. Only one can happen. If you want cricket to win then INDIA should follow Pakistan. This will good for India cricket in the long run

I don't think the present Indian team can beat Srilanka. Right top from Sehwag, they will show their courage against a weak team like Bermuda, which contained some govt. employees and teachers of that country. While facing a good team like Lanka, they will tremble. Even Sachin will return on single digit. You can bet on it.
As far as Team India is concerned, they have made some world records against Bermuda and that is enough for their heroes to act in some ads in the coming years.
