It's about high time someone thought about this seriously. It's good commercially and for indian cricket.

It will be an excellent idea if after the success of setting the game of cricket in order , Mr Subhash Chandra moves to other games as well. Chalo,if the Govt of India is not competent and caring about SPORTS at least the Pvt Business Houses are coming up in this direction

Very Good Idea

Zee's proposal is good. But why cricket? Games other than cricket need adoption. They provide better physical exercise for the players and entertainment for the public. Hope Star will start Hockey Academies.

Well, it's a good start...right?

Better than nothing...we eventually need more of this in other sports like hockey. Further more, i wish they make Kabaddi more commercially viable sport in india, after all it is indian sport and a lot of fun to watch.

why not think positive and be optimistic that Indian cricket is changing for good. bye bye to all ministers and selectors wielding power in selection policies. bye bye to state based quota and nepotism.

Indian do let people make money by your weakness. Dont watch Cricket. Even with Domestic Cricket anyone will make money. Zee is planning of that. Only Cricketers and BCCI will earn but we will loose our time and earnings(leave).

And stop watching all movies. Stop watching TV. Stop surfing the net. Stop reading books. Stop going to school. While you're at it, stop eating food. Because someone will make money out of what you do.

Or just read some Adam Smith.

Indian League Cricket

Cricket is a good business.Cricket is religion here. One more competitor in the business will be good only. May be BCCI will give the telecast right to Zee TV and keep them pull out of this plan. Two ranji teams, two Indian teams vow great. As long as crazy fans( both extreme) are there All news channell will start Cricket team. As the bengali reporters are majority lot of bengal players will be playing.
