I think IPL & world cup teams should not be same.The players playing in IPL should not be considered in national team for World cup. other teams 5 to 6 players only play in IPL.But our whole team played IPL.Players Must Give Preference to country first. They Earn so much money by playing from country. Then why IPL. They should give chance to Ranji Players or youngster players in IPL, so that economic Unequality in players reduce to soame extent.

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT MR.VIJAY..IPL is the only culprit for the downfall...no matter how much BCCI and old players tries to justify...They are trying to justify bcoz there must be some personel interest involved..BCCI is destroying our team more then any one else..STOP IPL OR STOP PLAYING OF MAIN PLAYERS IN IPL...OTHERWISE WE WILL BOYCOTT CRICKET...

good suggesstion. Yesterday night I was also of the same view. Because of IPL there is no unity in the team. They have not played like one unit.

RIGHT. But the whole thing is controlled by BCCI whose only aim is to make money at all costs. they will not anyone to challenge them. They are more powerful than the Govt. IPL is the creation of BCCI and they will never abandon their own baby.

The situation for Pakistan is as similar as was in 1992 world cup. Pakistan came from behind when no body was putting money on this team. But now they can't be underestimated!! Big Idols of India, Australia, New Zealand have been fallen apart..Was IPL helpful in building Indian cricket or responsible for this shameful debacle??
First of all India's top order batsmen didnt perform well. Low scores could not be chased. Some top order batsmen like Raina and Rohit Sharma could not handle short pitched bouncers. In all the super 8 matches, India could not put up a healthy score in the first 6 or 8 overs. Second reason was the failure of Ishant Sharma in the Super 8 matches. The medium pacers could not contain runs nor take wickets at important situations.
