come on yaar just b'coz of the fact that the team was not able to perform doesn't mean that u sack the players.... plz don't forget that Dhoni is one of the most succesful captains of the indian cricket.... in this stage we shld extent our support instead of criticizing him..... rgds

he he West Indies could not face the spin of Murali and Mendis and out in the semis. So, now they cannot beat the Pakistan. You can expect Sri Lanka to beat Pakistan. West Indies are weak against the spin. They depend a lot on Gayle and Bravo. If they don't fire then the will lose matches. Unfortunately Gayle has to look at one end how his young team batsmen fall like pack of cards..Pathetic batting display.. :(

In cricket on a bad day reputations do not matter, presently Pakistan are riding the horse of luck. Let us see how many matches this winning streak goes on. I wish all the best to Sri Lanka and Pakistan. India is good team but in present cricket no one is unbeatable including Australia. So, when India can beat Pakistan then they too can. So, let us put the echo's out and enjoy the game of cricket.

Like ICL you start seperate cricket board and hire your dada as captain. Who the hell you are to talk about Sachin so lightly. We indians born with blady regional feelings and it drives a person to extreme condition where even a great person is also accused without any reason. Sachin is respected around the World and in India he has to prove that he is good guy. So, sad and it was our crap thinking. How did u know that Sachin intensionally did not play 18 matches and playing politics as if u r the coach of India team or player of Indian team. Sitting in home and writing all rot is not good for anyone. Write something which is betterment of Indian cricket.

What I think is that Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Anshuman, & Vishwas are telling right things. Also, most important thing is that Saurav Ganguly was the first captain who played well under his own captaincy. All captains before Saurav are just came on the ground to show to other players that they are captain including Sachin Tendulkar. Saurav was the first player who though being captain made lot of captaincy innings & brought India on winning path. The constant thrust of success is the big blessing of Saurav Ganguly to Indian cricket. So, no doubt Saurav Ganguly is the alltime best player of India.
But, in conclusion, I want to tell one most important thing & that is
SAURAV GANGULY & ANIL KUMBLE ALREADY RETIRED FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CRICKET. NOW, THE OTHER OLD GUYS VIZ. SACHIN TENDULKAR, RAHUL DRAVID & VVS LAXMAN MUST HAVE TO TAKE VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT. OTHERWISE, BCCI MUST FIRE / EXPELL THESE OLD AGED GUYS FROM THE TEAM. BECAUSE, INDIA HAVE TO BUILD UP IT'S TEAM FOR WORLD CUP, 2011 FOR WHICH TEAM UNITY OF YOUNGSTERS REQUIRED & NATURALLY, ABOVE DENOTED NOT RETIRED OLD GUYS WILL NOT PLAY IN THE WORLD CUP, 2011.
SO, BETTER WAY FIRE / RETIRE / COMPULSORY VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT SCHEME SHOULD HAVE TO BE GIVEN TO THESE OLD GUYS VIZ. SACHIN TENDULKAR, RAHUL DRAVID & VVS LAXMAN. LOT OF QUALITATIVE PLAYERS MORE THAN ST ARE SITTING OUTSIDE THE INDIAN TEAM.

Who the hell you are to say that Sachin should retire. When Sachin wants he will retire and no one asked Ganguly to retire from international cricket, it was his decision, if he wants to reverse that desision he can. It doesn't mean that Sachin too have to retire if others retired. Ganguly had the chance to captain 2 World Cups for India, what he had done nothing. Kapil Dev is only captain who is great in my view bcoz when all the players got out intensionally in the match against the Zimbabwe in 1983 World Cup. He alone scored big one and saved the match. I don't think such attitude is there in Ganguly. So, like all others Ganguly just came on the ground to show to other players that he is captain.

Sachin did not play T20 World Cup and Raina did. So, who is stopping Raina to earn money. Sachin is opted out of West indies tour as well. There are better players than Raina and what is your problem. Raina was hopless at No3 cannot play the short pitch stuff and you are saying his future is in danger, my foot. if Tendulkar would have played in his place then he would have scored a 4 or 6 of those short balls. Why are you accusing Sachin. The problem with Indians is we give no repect to Legends of the cricket. All over the world Sachin is given a lot of respect and you are calling him a Slumdog. Sachin is scoring good runs in ODI's and tests. If he is not then selectors will surely remove him from ODI cricket like Dravid, Ganguly and laxman. Speak about Sachin with some respect and when ever India loses Sachin is attacked with words. Cricket is team game one person cannot be accused always. You are writing this in anger then having no meaning.
c v should accept the defeat also sometime v arnt like aussies in terms of consistence ...and yes i think instead of ishant, praveen was better option as he swings the bowl he would have made a diffrence and rohit is good to come at middle order bt no doubt it would b a good learning's for Indian team...and yes one should atlst tell selector tht let our team play some less matches it has become more of buisness than sport...
when all d teams were performing well wid their part time spiners then why did not mahender singh dhoni tried for d options like suresh raina,rohit sharma,yuvraj singh (except in d match of india vs. south africa when everything was lost.)
i ask a question to mahender singh dhoni that when rohit sharma was not performing well as an opner in the twenty twenty world cup matches then why did not he try for yusuf pathan as an opening pair wid gautam gambhir as he had performed well in the ipl matches as a devastating batsman.
i ask a question to mahender singh dhoni that when ishant sharma was not performing well in the twenty twenty world cup matches then what was the logic to retain him in the team ahead of pragyan ojha (the man who was performing well thoroghout the tournament except the match of india vs.west indies.)
