such wonderful support
by P. Jindal on Jan 20, 2006 10:06 AM

"mk"'s message epitomises the supportive crowd Sania has to battle,
besides her opponents. No wonder our sportsmen and women crumble
before they can realise their potential! What ungracious, unsympathetic,
unfeeling comments.. So I assume mk knows what it is like to play in a
top-notch Grand Slam? Or maybe the person thinks the effort involved in
getting up at 5.13 am is comparable to that required to travel around
the globe 365 days, and compete with the best of the best in the world.
Shameful indeed.

Success! its getting in to ur Head
by mani on Jan 20, 2006 09:03 AM

yeah, success and media hype is far more than what actually is deserved....when you compare someone with so called "SACHIN" for a third round loss.....then its very human to think that you are at a your highest level...this will not help at all...if a person starts to get in to that mode, its natural to acceppt all the weakness possessed. Look at the comments " THE MATCH WAS WINNABLE"??????? even a rookie watcher of tennis would never bet on the Serve and Inconsistent shots.....
SANIA, your game is at the Lowest when compared to the international circuit....Frankly speaking, your performances give an impression of flash in a pan. Be ready to accept your faults, then only one can overcome them.

mk
worst match !!!!
by mk on Jan 19, 2006 05:24 PM

Got up at an unearthly 5:13 AM ( time by my mobile ) on this cold January Monday morning... to witness the worst tennis match I have ever seen... she missed everything... her serve was like a 9 yr old serving in a club match... she lost her will to fight in the 1st 4 games itself... then it was all a matter of saving the grace.... Sania.. u can do much better then today... but by grace..pls improve ur serve.. else u gonna be roasted by another 16 yr old next month... hope next time around we gonna see some better hitting from you and hey !!! dont leave ur attitude in the dressing room !!!
