vikas devlopment i have heard and saw this words and devlopment only during BJP rule. The presence of ecomomy boom is not because of congress. Investment, industrlisation, agriculture, population control, all social programme (Aids control,children employment,Minimum employment) are successfully achieved in Gujrat.
