I understand Modi may win Gujarat election-2007 not because he has done great things or he is great leader...he will win only because he has no opponant in Gujarat. I have discussed with many gujuraties and they said they will vote to BJP because do not want to vote congress .Simply people dont have much choice. If Congress had good leadership in Gujurat and had projected that leader as future CM then it would be reverse results means CONGRESS WINS... But still the results are about to come and many BJP heavy support areas recorded low voting percentage and congress supporting area recorded high voting percentage..BETTER DO NOT PREDICT ANYTHING YET.. -Amit

Congress has only one leader in Gujarat - Shanker Singh Vaghela. Remember he split from BJP and became CM with Congress support.
But all Congress chota-leaders are jealous of him, and don't accept him as the leader. Thats why he was not projected as CM candidate, and he didn't take part actively in campaign.

Even if I was on that plane, even if anyone from my family was on that plane, I would not have worried. I would be proud to die for my country, instead of giving up so haplessly. Mufti daughter's kidnap drama happened during V.P Singh's primeministership with BJP supporting it from outside. That deal was also a bad deal. A friendly trip to Khandahar by Jaswanth Singh with dreaded terrorists was also a bad deal. First of all the Khandahar incident is worst one because the plane was hijacked from Indian soil to a gulf state and then to Khandahar. Why it was not intercepted and interfered on Indian soil? This exposed the utmost weakness of the government in its inability to handle crisis. Later when parliament was attacked it exposed the total intelligence failure. The most secure place in the country became insecure. Congress was a weak party and to its list BJP was also added.

Mr. Cheruvu, I have already mentioned congress is a weak party. BJP as per their own claim as well as yours is not, but their action speaks different. It suggests they are very weak. Worrying is different and compromising is different. Then pull out Indian soldiers from our borders - many are killed or injured every single day. Their families loose them and worried too how come they are less important that who were on that ill fated plane that was hijacked. This kind of compromise by any government is not a great service to our nation. I have many of my relatives who are serving in Indian defense forces and some of them have fought Indo Pak wars, even the Kargil. One of them has died too. People don't make compromise very often. Many make only once and that one time is always detrimental.
scale range 0-1 congressiness, means if u are pure congressi having congressiness equal to 1 then u r most currupt/anti national... So as per scale modi is having 0 congressiness so not currupt.. Deve gauda is having 1 congressiness so he is most currupt and anti national

No party in India is clean and not corrupt. BJP or Congress or any other party all are the same. It was the President of BJP who was caught on camera taking money. It was a few BJP legislators who were involved in human trafficing racket. It was Mr. Ananth Kumar of BJP who is named in HUDCO scam. The list goes on. So does the list of Congress, SP, BSP, and all other political parties. There are good people in all political parties. At least all of them should get out of respective parties, form a party of their own and give good and corruption free governance.
