Yes the BJP has made a big blunder. Instead of widening its social base, it narrowed to a single communiy - Lingayat - just 17% of the population

Brahmins - GSBs, Smarathas, Madhavas will vote BJP too. I heard even reddys, bunts, kodavas and patidars are voting BJP.

yes, BJP will have a record victory, Even in Congress SM Krishna stronghold of Mandya and JDS stronghold of Mysore district too, BJP will gain seats.

karnataka people tried corrupt congress, more corrupt deva gowda in the past 60 years.congress brought another corrupt coffeeday krishna who owns many coffee estates in coorg and properties in bangalore city.let karnaka people say goodbye to congress and janata and try this time bjp which i am sure they will do good service to state. bjp ruled states are having good developments and headed by non corrupt persons and hard workers.their performances are watched and reviewed every three months.due to poor performance, uma bharati,madanlal kurana were thrown out of chief ministership and now they lost their ground in their own state.bjp project only grass root level workers/retd army general IIT men,RSS dedicated persons. so pl vote for bjp this time ,for first time,to give a chance.

No, basically BJP is trying to get all COMMUNAL votes from Lingayat, Vokkaliga and Brahmins.
Secular votes will be divided between Congress, JDS, SP, BSP.
Its unfortunate, even today caste and religion is the main factor for elections. It is the people who should be blamed for this, and not politicians. Politicians are more than satisfied to keep on fighting elections on basis of caste.. and the foolish voters keep on loosing. No one cares on what development was done... what was implemented on ground level.. how effectively was development implemented.. what was done for infrastructure...... How is the party or person who is seeking the vote......

Caste and religion used to be the main factor in everything else. Now they are the main factor in election also.

it was the mistake of the BJP allthrougho out in Up it trusted mayawati and lost UP, ittrusted the sleeping jayachand in karnataka, and laterr BJP was decieved, now they are at cross road, and the congress the manipulaters party with huge money and media force will try to tilt the polls, so watch out for the lesson,"it is better know a sworn enemy than an unreliable freind"

You are forgetting selectively.
In Punjab, Uttaranchal, Bihar, MP, HP, Gujarat BSP divided secular votes from Congress and BJP benefitted from it. The same will happen in Karnataka also.
"Had the elephant been here, we would have keep zoo for it." The BSP is for Dalits, Congress for Minorities, JDS for Family members.....etc, so which party belongs to an HINDUSTANi.........., 100% it's BJP. Support BJP-Save India
