for a thousand years....islam made them suffer
by rishi on Mar 12, 2008 01:55 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

For a thousand years, this part of south Asia which calls itself Pakistan has suffered under Islam.

Once a area of civilized prosperity and part of the advanced Hindu culture, the conversion of these people into Islam has led them to so much suffering for everyone in this region, the belief in Islam, made them break away from India, commit terror in neighboring India and other parts of the world.

Now its coming back to haunt them...

Its time that people of Pakistan free themselves from the slavery of Arabs and dump the Quran and returm back to the Vedas and thei glorious Hindu past.

My biggest fear is that the Islamic terrorists might damage the great relics of Mohenjodaro and Harappa like Taliban destroyed Bamiyan Buddhas. Many of our great cultural monuments have unfortunately fallen in Pakistani territories.

Islam and the converted people of Pakistan have already destroyed their glorious Hindu past. The temple complex at Salt Ranges, Shakti Peeth at Hinglaj (Baluchistan) are all but ruins.

But in this modertn age of better communication, we have have a glorious opportunity of virtually reaching out to our blood brothers from Pakistan and free them from the curse of Islam and bring HINDU DHARMA back to them

Terror and hatred will automatically vanish.

Let's not forget that they have been under Islamic influence for centuries now and perhaps have forgotten their pre-Islamic past. They teach history in Pakistan from Muhammad bin Qasim's invasion of Sindh. It's difficult to take into Hindu fold in the near future. At best, we can make them realize our common cultural heritage and blunt the islamic fundamentalism.

How? We should think of what is at least a little bit possible. There are no Hindus in Pakistan to convince Pakistani muslims to tell that their ancestors were Hindu and they should give up Islam. In India, muslims are just 12-13 per cent and most of them converted Hindus. In spite of there being more than 80 per cent Hindus in India, has anybody been able to convince Indian muslims to give up Islam?

This is a social problem as much as a geo-political/military problem.
Breaking up Pakistan and creating 3 more Islamic moron nations is not the solution. Didnt we learn from Bangladesh experience?

Unless Islam is kicked out...people of Pakistan will never live in peace..nor will they allow Hindus and the rest of humanity to live in peace

The problem is not with Islam but a particular kind of orthodox Islam that has spread in south asia. Turkey is majority muslim but a progressive and secular state. Bangladesh was on the way of becoming a secular and socialist state under Sheikh Mujibur Rehman. CIA got him assasinated and revived islamists under Zia ur Rehman because it considered Mujib as Soviet agent. I am convinced that Pakistan cannot become Hindu again unless some cataclysmic changes happen in the world. But it is relatively, only relatively, more possible that Pakistan will become a sensible Islamic society some day. Otherwise it will be indeed terribly bad for humanity.

I am a Pakistani and I agree with Rishi that Pakistanis should free themselves from the slavery of the Arabs But I don't agree that they should re convert to Hinduism in my opinion all religions are bad , Everyone should be a humanist it is not important to follow any religion

Pakistan is gone
by Gautam Sinha on Mar 12, 2008 01:13 AM  Permalink

Well now the situation in Pakistan is out of control. It is hard to differentiate who is the actual one behind any such event, whether it is military, current political establishment, ISI, fedual maniacs or Jihadis. All of them had contacts with Jihadis and having sucide bombers on the front cannot determine who did it. But one thing is for sure, Pak is gone
