Prem Kumar Gutty
Indo-US Deal
by Prem Kumar Gutty on Jun 26, 2008 10:09 AM

There is some thing hidden in this whole tamasha. Earlier, MM did not want to share the deal details with BJP and other opposition parties. Now he does not want to share this even with his supporters. On top of this he wants to ush this now, ignoring the many other problems that we have today interms of Inflation, Raising oil price worries, clashes in J&K, farmers suicides and the falling agri production. Sure " dal me kuch kala hai". Some thing is under the carpet, sorry under the table here.

Congress and Left are preparing for election agenda
by Rohit Singh on Jun 26, 2008 09:57 AM  | Hide replies

They are doing this drama to drag the media to Nuke deal so that no one will talk about the rising prises and non availability of fertilizer in Indian market.

They need to be send to jail for not doing their work.

ye sab election ka chakkar hai
by harish shatma on Jun 26, 2008 09:52 AM

Mr. Veerappa Moily
If some one asks you what was stopping the Congress from going ahead with the deal, You said the party had never said that the decision would be taken today itself.
Feel ashamed of yourself answering such a simple question. every one is showing their original colour due to election.
I am sure some day We indian will really think about country first rather our how to win election and form a inefficent government with efficient PM.
Shame on you poloticians

Confident Statement
by tunak tunak on Jun 26, 2008 09:52 AM  | Hide replies

A very confident and optimistic statement from a senior congress leader . I appreciate the move.
Congress knows that critics will always criticize (that's there job) so never bother them . Go ahead Cheers.

deal is okay!
by vick sanw on Jun 26, 2008 09:50 AM

Indo-US deal is okay but they should make all necessary amendment, before going ahead whoever is in central they should discuss the same in parliament, otherwise what is the meaning of democracy??? For getting short terms benefits we can not ignore long terms losses. Governing party should not take this as prestige issues…

Litmus Test
by sakshi on Jun 26, 2008 09:48 AM  | Hide replies

All opposing MPs belonging to all parties offer their resignations on this N-Deal issue if UPA [supporting groups] decides go ahead in this matter. Otherwise it amounts to killing time, protect their privileges [ Holding 5 years MP seat etc.] and keeping a safe & secure option to protest on all issues to increase their votes.

Anyhow some crucial decisions are bound to emerge.

Are there even 10 MPs who'll resign for what they think is correct?
