This is the big problem. If muslims follow & aware of their religion, these misconception will not exists. A practicing muslim can answer these questions & clear the doubts of our non-muslim friends. What is the purpose of these attacks, due you think it will benefit Islam, no. These innocent killings have to condemned, Islam has no provision for these things, if atall is done by so called muslims.

No. They are not misusing Quran. Quran clearly states that no innocent should be killed. However, the islamic meaning of 'innocent' is different from what we understand. In islam, anybody who is not a Muslim is a Kafir and by default a Kafir is guilty. So terrorists are acting exactly as taught by Quran.
