They should be prosecuted according to sharia law as done in Saudi. They know that the Indian law is so complicated and delayed and with the support of certain politicial parties they can easily come outof any crime.When muslims in India want everything as is mentioned in their religion then why sharia law is not applied for criminals.Isnt it double standards.As days go by the majority community will get frustated and will take the law in their own hands as can be seen in Gujarat. Afzal Guru has been sentenced to death by the Supreme court and if the govt is not executing it what message does it pass.It is high time these politicians come out of their narrow minded thoughts and save this great nation from these terrorists.Govt of India is giving subsidy to the Madrassas and these institutions are producing jihadis.On republic day some of the Madrassas objected to the hoisting of our national flag,what does this tantamount to.Why should we bear all this in the name of minority.In a secular country like India we have freedom of religion but when religion takes priority over patriotism then its very dangerous.I can understand what is happening in the middle east ,but in a country like India where muslims are allowed to co exist with majority hindus they should be grateful. If this trend continues then I fear the people will take the law in their hands. The moderate muslims in India should talk openly against these jihadies instead of keeping silent and enjoying. .

Still better, hand them over to the encounter specialists of Mumbai Police.
The moderate muslims will wake up only when they also face the music. There were many instances of terrorists in Kashmir abducting young muslims girls at gun point and indulging in extortion at gun point, even from the muslims and now even the majority of muslims are against them.

Mr. venkat, neither the Muslims came from West Asia nor the Christians came from Europe. The present day muslims and christians in India are the decendants of those who converted to those religions at one point or other in history for various reasons. The root cause of the rift is their obsession with "one god and one book" They cannot tolerate the other beliefs.
Nearly 700 years of Muslim rule or 200 years of European Christian rule could not make out Country a Muslim or Christian country. It is just impossible in 21st ceuntry. Such is the inherent strength of our Culture (dont confuse culture with religion).
