Abraham Lincoln once said that the world one day will be by the ghaatiis for the ghaatiis and of the ghaatiis. Therefore, stop all flights coming to the USA from Mumbai and other ghaatii cities. He was a man ahead of his times, a true visionary I guess.

Please act like human in this tragic circumstance and keep your satirical sense for some other day when you will be marooned. sorry for being slightly blatant but you defy all the logic of being an Indian or for that matter even human.

Peter Parker name copied from Spiderman movies. Who says "Your friendly neighbourhood SpiderMan" Thank God you are only copied his name as its possible that Somewhere original would be working as Peter Parker of Spider Man movies.
Keep it up, because if you are not there how would we Indians know our relationship of Indian Blood in our veins. You are what you are, others are what they are. GOOD LUCK

Shri Peter Parker TU kadhi tari Maharashtrachi Hadda Parkar mhanje toola kalel. Bogus Nav laun patra ka lihitos ?
This disaster is a result of lethargic and casual approach by corrupt Bihar govt.officials responsable for the safe guard of koshi embankment across the India and Nepal. So many officials are posted in koshi project there. They failed in their duties. Accountability must be fixed for such lapses which causes lakhs of people displaced.
Embankment is not the solution. There is whole presantation about it. It is an adhoc solution and not good for rivers that changes path - like Koshi. Solution is Grid Dam and Interconnecting of river. Like Bharkar Nagal in Punjab, Sardar Sarovar in Gujarat, Krishnaraja Sagar Dam in Karnataka.
But who cares for Biharis !!
Flood is in interest of everyone - contractors, babus, netas. I hope one day they will rise above caste and demand for their due till then learn to swim.
Just to add it is not only north Bihar that is flood hit. Though Ganga has been kinder this time.
doing hawak but see the politician of bihar state only bleming each other but no body try to help 20lakhs marroned people. shame of all the politicians irrespcive of parties. please help those who are dying, not make blam game.

right!!! the Politicians have time for stupid and Bloody Rathayathra and other Yathras for dirty Political reasons. thy can atack minorities and their NOBLE runnings and institutions. they have no time to plan for the state for its DVPMTS. Can any plitician run an Institution for the poor and at least for the flood victims. when everything is ok, they will plan for attacking the service-minded noble people. now Flood, what can they do??? Nothing, Nothing and Nothing. where is the Hindu God of Annihilation to finish this rascal pliticians. it is time for the Floood Vitims to pray to this God to handle the politicians and the Fundamentalists Gundas of BIHAR.

I am also a linguistic minority but I don't expect lollypops when my community does something wrong. Conversions through force happened 2 centuries back, now it is allurement. But disasters due to govt negligence cannot be blamed on politicians- where are the IAS, babus and administrators. And what is the supreme ladies- Pres and superPM doing to oversee administration and relief?
What will happen is kosi was flowing through delhi. Well the management is so much bothered about the big cities but little do they realize that planning and implementing through scientific study is always called for. That is why engineers , doctors r to be made from all corners of India and then asked to serve their region first be4 promoting them and joining with the main stay.

Making dams in Nepal to stop floods in Bihar/UP every year should be taken as a top priority of the centre as it is to contail militancy. One can not simply let our own countrymen ke killed. Its true Bihar is having a hard-working government after black days of Lalu. so please make some contructive things. Otherwise I have been seeing it.. sub-national feeling are gaining growund since Bihar has always been neglected in developmental projects.

It is sad indeed.
However mother nature has its way whether good governnance or not. It could be a hurricane or Tsunami irrespective of whether it is India or MAerica. But certaily government can do something about this when they pretty well that the floods here are recurring time and again. Having said that, can we expect this from the Government of Bihar???????

Bihar has good government after long long time..maybe decades!Hence these issues are even being highlighted by media. Before NDA led Nitish govt,Bihar had Laloo-Rabari govt for 15years and before that Jagganath Mishra led Congress govt for another 18years!Both of these govt never cared if these news are making to headlines even.Laloo instead had adviced affected people to learn fishing to survive in flood time. Shame on congress and so called secular parties who are mainly responsible for countries unfortunate condition today!
