If we go on shrinking the natural flow of our rivers by dumping industrial waste, litter, and other harmful things in to the rivers then we are only to blame . So I request u all to still there is time to change our mindset and do something proper so that we do not face such tragidies in future.
From 50 years the leader of bihar looted funds from centre for these things. they had not build any dam or any good work for people of bihar. now they are doing politics with poor people of bihar. you can find there corrupt leader like lallo yadav & his relatives. sunil
I would like to share the facts of relief fund. I am born & brought up in Mumbai & have been visiting my native place very often. I have seen the difference in the mentality of the people in Metro & village. Singhia (20KM from Rosera & 40KM from Darbhanga) my Native place is the junction for almost 20 – 30 vilage relying on it for its basic supplies People of Singhia used to have 8 – 10hrs of electricity in 80’s however once laluji raj came electricity has gone for ever don’t know when will it get restored again. 2004 was the year when unfortunately I was trapped in the flood with water on all sides my house had water upto my waste level (I am 5.9”) we used to see airplanes dropping relief in our village it contained not more than 300gms of flour ,1 matchbox 250 gms of salt) & not more than 2% of the people use to get this. Once the water left the local panchayat distributed a Lot many thing like Rs. 250 per family & 1 glass of Poha per head (one time only) Laluji can better explain what was the relief granted by the Central govt at that time & how much allocation he did. Laluji & Paswan sahib seems to be worried very much for the people of bihar but the fact is they are the people who are scrubbing their head for not being in power ( they could have allocated it in a much efficient way) I don’t know who was responsible for the then 2004 relief scandal (according to me) but it was certainly not the help that people deserved.
Dear All, I am sure there would be enough time to fight amongst ourselfs.Extend help if possible to those affected instead of barking at Biharis and so. This is not the first time that has happend with the people of north Bihar.It was expected since the dam is in poor condition and govt of Nepal has its own politicla problems.They can not repair the dam. Earlier,they use to release huge cusecs of water thru this dam in a controlled manner in order to save Nepal ane with less damage to North Bihar.But now they did not do with the controlled way and made goct of Bihar responsible for this act. This has been going on since last so many years. Lalu/Nitish/Rabri/Jallebi?/all of them they know this. Who is there to solve? Its pathetic to see people drinking flood water thru the towel making towel a filter. 1000 cr by PM will go to all those idiots/thugs/DMs/SP's/and all? Spent 200 cr for housing and rehabilation, 50cr for medication, 100 cr for food, 100 cr for infrastructure rebuild and will find the whole area can be made to a beautiful place in 500cr.I am sorry,Even 500 Lakhs will not go for this purpose. 1000 cr will be totally distributed from DELHI to PATNA secretariate. Thanks to the system where Foodgrain gate 50,000 cr ghotala has already been taken place recently that propped up the prices of food grains. I beleive that the people of area should learn from Maharshtra about Panchayati raj and Sarpanch system. I, being a Bihari,strongly recommend this. The area has got
surendra its beacuse of lack of education among the people & awareness about family planning. i am quite sure if people get the education, they will expose to their rights. in maharshtra there were/are leader like laloo/rabri but fortunatley we got the leadres like yashwantrao chavan as 1st CM. there were socialist like ambedkar, mahatma phule, lokmanya tilak, rulers like shahu maharaj, sayajirao gaikwad of baroda who implemented progressive thoughts & encouraged the people who were trying for uplifment of backward classes. & about panchayat raj, its about implementation.
Shame on 110 people of India including myself. what are we doing - seing people die and commenting irresponsibly.
Was it the duty of government only to save those people, what have we done for them - only watching them die on TV Channels, and look at these hopeless channels - how much are they covering.
Shame on us. we never united, we always fought our own people, we killed our own brother for a piece of land - this is the great public of India.

Stop bhashan bajee and go to Bihar yourself to supervise and help the needy. Truth is out now, it's coz of local govt who slept while there was need to do some repair work to river instead Nitish govt were dozing off. It's coz of bihar, up (politicians only) India is going to drain..Wake up Bihar, UP

Who are you and how much do you know about Bihar?I don't want to delve in to the details of some very well known and oft-repeated facts about Bihar.You mind your own business. Bihar is strong and resilient enough to pass through this ordeal.
i think the ministers & officers r in bihar is responsible for it. may be they all not take any action to prevent these kind of situation becoz when this kind of situation will happens there willba lote of fund comes from center govt & other states to resque & re-install the situation, and all we know the how much compensation & fund get to poosr and effected people!! so where all fund gone!! in the these kind of greedy peoples

Why blame our nation. It is the scenario created deleberately by Prachanda Govt. from Nepal by not allowing the engineers from india to repair the embankments which lead to this disaster. RJD & Congress is always to be blamed, but we should not jump blaming them too at the first of the opportunity comming your way. Kosi, as is known to carry highest level of silt in the world making it unfit for hydel power generation. Leave alone having this information, atleast read the article carefully where it is mentioned clealy.
