Fellows of unreserved,Let us not involved in reservation row as we r not a force to reckon in indian politics but we have acapabilities to support ourselves and really needy without worry of castiesm.I have proposals for unreseved and missed brilliants,since we r around 40crore in population it means around 10crore family so better each such family denote 2 rs a year and we will collect 20crores in year to fund our bright students for abroad studies. For this we can have members from each region and proper commitee (without politicians) to run the system of support to deprived brillant student.

this is the best idea i have come across in this message board discussion.we all can contribute rs.10 per month for this sceme. someone has to take the lead and organise it as a corporate. may be some retired senior beauracrates , corporate heads and senior defence officers. but it must run without anybody from government and NO POLITICIAN should be involved.
As a layman I would like to make a point. The ancient law book for the Hindus Manusmriti is labelled as being discrinative i.e. the Law book discrminate giving rise to the Caste System, about which much has been written. 2000 years later the Indin Consttution was written and Lo & Behold it is as discriminative as the Masnusmriti. Only this time it is the other way round. They call it positive iscrmination, but discriination it is. Positive discrimination is like Honour killing, both claim to do Bad for the Greate Good of things. The KORAN IS AFTER ALL THE ONLY REAL LAW.

Bashir The KORAN IS AFTER ALL THE ONLY REAL LAW. I cant beleive that. If it were to be so why on earth every person didnot become islamist. When it comes to women suppression islam comes first into mind. No religion is perfect and time to time needs some amendments and unfortunately no body seems to have guts to question the likes of the old fashioned religion. Coming back to hinduism yes it was disccriminatve and this exercise is meant to correct that. more than 1000 years of thorough suppression cannot be corrected in 60 years. It would take some more time. Hopefully people have guts to modify religion rules and remove caste system. Know what life in general is always good if you live in a non-islamic country. Take some time to think why is it so?

Your sugegstion will certainly make forward get 25 % Quota,which is less than what they are enjoying now. This sounds good for all OBC/SC/ST. Please get the feedback from the Forward Group,who cliams that they never discriminated and subdued the lower caste in education and job for centuries together.
the anti reservation activists have again made a blunder by excluding creamy layer frm reservation...creamy layer will now gobble up the 50% share of the general category....i dont know these headless people were protesting against what?requset to sc to include these creamy layers in OBC category...vote gainst this boody congress....bring Modi baba to power...as he doent play caste politics....

Some clarifications.
This is how reservation works:
If I am an OBC and I get a seat due to my high rank I am admitted as a general category student. Nothing is deleted from the 27% quota. On the other hand if there are not enough non-creamy layer students to fill up the 27% quota then those seats are open to general category (means all).
Giving reservation to creamy layer is unfair, period. If creamy layer is included in the reservation all 27% seats will be filled. Now there is chance that some seats will get reallocated to open merit category

U r wrong. The unfilled seats are never filled by gen.candi. In fact, the politicians are demanding the same to continue.
Reservations are only a political ploy and nothing more than that. Indians have a mentality of "Sheep Herds" They vote for any one who gives them a free lunch. Infact this point is irrelevant today. There are more unemployed literates than the illeterates. Govt jobs are more less defunct and there are many in pvt sector who discount the qualifications of a candidate for his knowledge and expertice. If that is not enough, you can always start your own company and with prodducts and services developed with your inherent skilss. Remember Bill gates is a high school dropout. Today he is not only the richest man , he is also father of modern day inovations.
Let fools fight for College and jobs through reservations. Intligent youth should say " I don care. I will cultivate my knowledge and rule the world using with that "

Go ahead and form your own company. Reservations are only on a percentage. So form your own company and offer your IP as services to other companies.
No society can develop based on mere reservations.It is a negative and evasive step to avoid state respnsibility and as also of society to create egalitarian society based on merits and empowerment.People have to have minimum calibre to be taught higher maths in technical courses.Most of so called backward need clothing and roti first,which corrupt politicians,babudom and businessmen nexus are taking away by multiple rise in prices in country.It is matter of shame.Nothing in India is wroking properly.There is gross unaccountability.Our army men clamour for higher salaries,but conventiently forget thousands of crores spent on their cheap rations and misuse of facilities like jeeps and other things.Same aplies to babudom who are corrupt,unproduyctive,miebhaved and arrogant idiots needing stringent action aginst them by society.The boneless political parties don't sit together to agree on a national ethical agenda not to accept and yield to demands of people that are against welfare of society and making India as a cohesive and egalitarian society.They are divided and so keep quiet.See Arjun Singh,one of the most corrupt persons in Congres is given HRD job.That is funny.Look at Canada,how they develop their women and weaker sections by business like approach and financial and technical support.First control inflation,roll back prices,make education for all upto matric.Take care of primary health and start micro financed local projects for self employment and agriculture growth.
