What an great judicial system we have that boosts the confidence of all who have their vested interests to make a damage to this country and weaken it. The investigation and trials of 93 bomb blast case are a perfectly bollywood type directed actions. Mr. Sanjay Dutt gets arrested for possessing illegal arms after a big round of action and media hype manages a bail with all the blessings coming from the Baba of Matoshree Ashram in Kalanagar Bandra. Then the trials some get acquitted some get convicted some died in the process. The acquitted were the ones who experienced happiness and joy instantly and then the climax starts with the star himself who is helped off with the burden of TADA charges (as the entire film fraternity felt enough was borne by their Sanju Baba) what about those 200 innocent people who died for nothing. Ok then he was given a sentence for 6 years rigorous imprisonment and then what happens all those dear politicians and so called actor turned social workers and socialites use their influence and money and get their Baba out living a free life and even does a comedy called %u201CMarriage%u201D Mannat Kabbul Hui Teri Baba. But there are for sure those people who just expected their country to punish those killed their loved ones. Now the Twist in the story, after giving bail to Mr. Sanju Baba others couldn%u2019t be spared so now %u201Cek ek ko bahar nikalo varna %u201C issues such as minority, religion would be raised who has the time for all this give
I am not surprised at all....This is Indian Judisiery..They just can not hang a muslim....for whatever reasons...I fail to understand Why?? By doing this you encourage others..for henious crimes... I thought Afzal hanging had some techenical hitch,,but this ruling is sensless...Shame on our judges...

there is no technical glitch of Afzal, the only thing that congress do not want it.
Now, general people can imagine how secure is their lives. Atleast, common persons were expecting that some hard punishment would be awarded to those involved in Terrorist activities so that it will be lesson for future for other terrorist. But no. Soon, Terrorists will be projected as martyrs by our so called Secularist( Congress, Left, RJD bla bla bla). Politicians will be secure and safe as they are now. And they will be getting votes by Minority(Read MUSLIM) Appeasement Policy. And the common persons will be suffering Attacks. Politicians should learn something from Afghanistan where US supported earstwhile talibans and now these talibanis are f**king US. Similar case is going to happen very soon in India. These politicians who are protecting Terrorists will sit on their head one day and will f**k them also.
And at the last but not least, people had still some beleif in our Judicial System but, it seems, it will be a dream for the public that judiciary will protect them.
Hope, someday our Politicians, Judiciaries will wake up and will take some harsh decisions.
here is another appeasement to woo the minority votes by the pseudo-secular congress of making the SC set aside the verdicts of all those who are from minority community.. Hail India and its Judiciary

sir, Was Sanjay sentenced to death.... In Pakistan, they are hanging and Indian (Hindu?) for terrorism (a lawyer says, mistaken identity) and the President rejects the mercy petition. in India, the SC verdicts for death sentence for terrorism (Parliament attack of a muslim) and the government does not implement. over and above, the criminals who have been awarded death sentence by the TADA have been set aside by SC... what do you say on this?

I don't understand why Indian govt is still appeasing you people (read minorities). It would have been better if the partition was complete. We wouldn't have faced a situation like this.
