Abhinav, I will show you million examples of bad saying of Hinduism and many hindus converting to Islam but that doesn't mean that I demean the hinduism all religions are great. Just the few followers are bad. So don't paint all muslims with the same brush. I too can do that

Supreme Court might well would have stayed the sentence on Afzal guru as well instead of giving Pratibha Tai such a diabolical dilemma.Our criminal justice system is so weak, no wonder anybody and everybody thinks that they can get away with whatever they do. Even if Supreme Court had upheld the judgement, Soniamohan singh our dear PM would have sleepless nights and then Pratibha would have delayed the mercy petition till next general elections.

My dear Mr. Vijay, President is a rubber stamp in this case as Pratibha herself got elected courtesy Antonio Manio(read Sonia Gandhi). Still there are certain discretionary powers vested in them for which they require no permission or advise from the cabinet or PM. This case of Afzal Guru is one of them. Our previous prez Dr. Kalam also fell into the same trap. Expecting that Congress will re-elect him he chose to dilly dally over the decision only to know in the end that Sonia never wanted him for a 2nd term. Had he not fallen for the greed of 2nd term he would have ordered the execution soon. So Pratibha if she wants can very well do it. The fact that she WONT SIGN the ORDERS is a different thing altogether.
