Our country has always taken pride of being an amalgamation of different cultures, religion n languages co-existing together. True every now n then they have been regional preference here and there where people fought in the name of respective religion, caste, and langauge but overall I mean an average India is above all this. Everyone wants to survive for basic needs of life n live peacefully with each other. But unfortunately our politicians won't let us do that. Everytime on the grounds of castesim, language n religion they divide n fragment our society n few evil anti-social elements who have an in-born hatred towards other cultures residing in their respective states fan these politicians. I don't understand why is Amitabh targeted just because he is non-Marathi speaking actor then I guess target the whole bollywood as majority are non-marathis. The film industry was started by Dada Saheb Phalke a non-Marathi. Bollywood 1st tasted its global success due to Raj Kapoor Bimal Roy n Satyajit Roy n till today we have most film makers like Mira Nair catering global audience n they are all non-marathis. I mean there is nothing against marathis as Lata Mageshkar, Asha Bhonsle n Madhuri are not only pride of Marathis but of whole India and Amitabh is the pride of Mumbai people flock in to see his place then why is he targeted as if being a non-marathi actor is a crime. Please I beg to politicians to stop using normal people as votebanks n to stop dividing our beloved country.

Mr. Dinesh Khedekar, I hope ki tum Maharashtra mein hi birth liye ho, wahi education liye hai aur wahin job karogey jindagi bhar. Kabhi kisi doosare state mein jake job mat karna aur foreign country to bhool ke bhi mat jana, kyunki agar wo log tumhare jaisa sochne lagena to tum jaison ko to logon ki to sabse pehle lengey.
Dear, Try to learn something from the phrase "Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam". Dont narrow your mindset. Maharashtra is not a most developed state in India or World. Lakhs of people from this poor state go out in other states and in other countries to earn their bread and butter. If you really want to implement what you think then first bring back all those maharasthrians back to your state where farmers suicide everyday. Then rest of India and world will think about not encroaching your so called Mahan Rashtra.

If you go and live in another state for many years then assimilate with those local people. That way every one can live in harmony.
If Marathis who migrate outside Maharashtra for many years do not learn the local language there, then they are disrespecting the local people there.

I agree with Milind, but not only language is the concern he should be in line with the local community in all respect like festivals and all, should not spoil standard of living, not encourage crime etc.

All this stuff is out due to other state people are spoiling local culture, are more aggressive in crime, showing their community power and low standard of living etc.
