If this happened in India, sickularists will scream that Narendra Modi killed these people.
Come on, this happened in the great sickular country Afghanistan and reported by the greatest sickular Pukistan govt. Now where r u, dear sickularists ?
The BJP has failed in every field. The UPA is the best alternative.
1. During Congress rule in India, there were many riots (also Congress sponsered anti-sikh riots), but no one could ask (particularly the communists) congress on this, they could successfully hide it. But BJP could not hide even a single riot.
2. Congress and communist leaders are millionaire leaders. They have bank accounts in Swiss Bank. How many BJP leaders have account in Swiss Bank?
3. During Congress rule, India was defeated by China and communists supported China. But this could be successfully hidden. But BJP is still humiliated for Kargil war.
4. Communists could kill civilians using the Goverment machinery in Singur and Nandigram. Imaging if the Rizwanur murder case had happened in Gujurat, then Teesta, Shabana would have lead a nationwide protest. But Communists could successfully suppres this. BJP even could not hide the Sohrabuddin murder case.
5. Congress supported the terrorism in Sri Lanka and Punjab by supporitng the LTTE and Bhinderenwala's force. How many terrorism were supported by BJP?
6. Communists allowed the Bangladeshi muslim immigrants to settle in the border districts of Bengal and eventually converted them to their vote banks. How many illegal immigrants the BJP supported?
BJP has failed in every way. Their leaders get nervous to attend the interviews. They dont know how to pay the media to suppress the news.
Killings of any nature is sin. Enough is told about the Gujarat aftermath of Godhra Killings. This was an issue during last election in Gujarat and Modi managed to win again. Why a Tehelka now and doing the same mistake which will only help him to win again. I think this is a well thought move by his supporters and rather than damaging his image this kind of act will bring him more support. Even a moderate Hindu will start thinking of the other side of the story that innocent Hindus were killed by some group and a retaliation took place - a simple arguments being propagated and hammering this philosophy many times will change the mindset of many people. Therefore, a request to media - the so called secularists not to give biased reports and convince one section of population which is in fact bringing the other side more powerful. Therefore, whether its minority or majority, reports should show facts and unless this is done, our country will not change. I am a frequent traveller to Gujarat and true to their claims, I can see all kind of developments in Gujarat than any other State -- roads, farming, irrigation,etc,etc and if you see person to person Gujaratis are better loving people than any other states in India.
The muslims have to agree that there are many fanatics in our community and as long as such people exist riots will happen in India. Hindus also have to accept that fanaticism is on the rise in their community. The goal of both should be to eradicate such people so that no more gujarats happen in India. India can only survive if both co-exist and work toward making India a superpower.Politicans like Modi are using us mulsims and hindus to satisy their own goals. They are the most dangerous people on earth. Other countries like china are forging ahead and they must be laughing at India bcoz we give so much importance to religion.

I am a dedicated anti-Modi person. However, if after the riots there is a transformation in the attitudes and well being of the muslim community, then at least some good has come out of it. I am trying to look at the positives and I agree with Imran, that fanatics belong to both the religions and they need to be opposed wherever they occur. there is a price to be paid for this. But it is worth it if at the end of it all we have love as a paradigm. Religion spreading hatred!! And we continue to call it "religion".

All i have to say is there are few bad people on all side but the correct decision has to be made by an individual itself. Regarding political parties, either its congress or BJP, they all know is how to get maximum benefit of such thing.

actually i was in Surat after heavy rain washed out everything before 2 years.
at that time things were more than worst in Surat, but in few dyas, each and every road was cleaned and painted and the kind of help provided to people in Surat by State Govt. was remarkable, I dont think any one can beat MODI.
People want Modi to be next CM, as he is diverting all Maharashtra Industries to Gujrat which are running out of money, he investing a lot in that, this is generating employment for unemployed people.
He is a CM of People, for People and by the People.
The dominant view on this forum seems to be that a wrong justifies another wrong. That somehow two wrongs make a right. Justifyng Gujarat riots because of Godhra or anti-Sikh riots or killing of Kashmiri Pandits just goes to show how bereft of character people have become. A wrong is a wrong people - irrespective of who and where. Get at least that much right. And fortunately for India, most people seem to get that. Unlike the fanatics on this forum - most of whom are literate and tech-savvy, but unfortunately have no education and consequently no character.

My friend Mr. Asli Baat, I'm not sure what character you are talking about. Is it about the cartoon incident where riots were held all over world though incident happened in one country? Is it about the protests and bandh in Kerala because Saddam Husain was hanged? Is it about manhandling Taslima Nasreen? Is it calling oneself as a person belonging to a religion first and then an Indian? Is it about getting subsidy for a religious trip even though it is meant to be undertaken out of own earnings? Is it about skipping colleges and asking for improvements in Madrasa? Is it about having own religious code because religion is important than country?
