Hindus have abolished caste system legally but read on. Its important to look within and not insult others
he rules of kufu%u2019 that the Compendium elaborates reflect the sharply stratified, hierarchical and patriarchal social context in which the Hanafi school of fiqh developed, and appear to negate the egalitarianism that is so strongly stressed in the Qur%u2019an. The Compendium lays down that a man and a woman may be said to be the kufu%u2019 of each other if they come from roughly similar class backgrounds, but it also introduces race and ethnicity as factors in deciding kufu%u2019. As numerous %u2018low%u2019 caste Muslims have argued, this is a means to legitimize caste and to preserve the hegemony of the ashraf castes%u2014the Sayyeds, Shaikhs, Pathans and Mughals%u2014all of whom claim foreign descent and, on that basis, assert a higher status than the masses of the ajlaf%u2014Muslims of indigenous Indian origin . As the authors of the Compendium see it, the Arabs are somehow innately superior to the rest of God%u2019s creation (despite the insistence of the Qur%u2019an and authoritative statements of the Prophet Muhammad to the contrary).
Thus, the Compendium rather clumsily lays down:
%u201CRegard shall be had in respect of descent among the Arabs, especially the Qur%u2019aish [the tribe to which the Prophet Muhammad belonged], and those non-Arab families who have preserved descent. People in the rest of the non-Arab Muslim world are mutually equal (sic.)%u2019.[7]

And by the way - Hinduism is not a religion and a way of life of people who live in India and that is why India is beacon of knowledge for the world. You can be a confirmed atheist and still be a good Hindu. All it needs is an open mind which questions things and evolves and progresses. ( No - Modi does not fit into the definition of Hindu )

hi guys,
weldone sameer, guys, what i have seen this from a very long time, that there only a very gew hindu brother who talk sensibly on this, unlike scores of guys who just scribble wat comes to their mind, like the idelogies of RSS and VHP. I only urge that my hindu brethren go and do fact finding about the truth, till date no one knows the origin of hinduism. the best thing would be to setup a dialogue between praveen togadia and zakir naik and let the whole of india watch it. Truth will come out

Caste System in India is grossly misunderstood by Islmaic Morons and many others. Caste System is one aspect of Hinduism which was given a wrong definition in course of time. Originally, Caste System is one of the features of Ideal Vedic Model which allows people to reach the final goal of self - realization where an individual can design his own path to attain the supreme. Caste System was introduced to help people of different types to attain that goal gradually and in a systematic manner.

No sir - what you may say about Quran maybe correct and I do not comment about things I do not know. You may want to read the Muslim Personal Law and find out facts for yourself or maybe speak to someone who is extremely knowledgeable on the subject.

LORD KRISHNA
Lord krishna was very fond of looking at naked young girls. Once upon a time Krishna, in order to get a full view of some bathing virgin girls, went to the extent of hiding their clothes on the tree top just to get a panoramic view. Does he have divine immunity from looking at naked women?
The Gita, a Holy book of the Hindus, quotes that when these bathing low caste girls begged for the return of their clothes, Lord Krishna demanded that they come out of the water with their hands raised instead of covering their bodies.
Oh my innocent Hindu brethren! Can this action be attributed to god? Is this God capable of indulging in such ungodly acts? Will Hindu mothers tolerate their son imitating god Krishna??

Please understand the basic difference in hinduism and islam. Hindiusm is not a religion, it is a way of life (culture) of millions of people living in the land east to hindukush and west to Assam province, below Himalaya and up to sea coast deep in south. Hinduism never says you must have to accept the Krishna, Ram or Shiva as you god. Even if anybody does not consider them his/her god, he/she does not not ceased to be a hindu. Hinduism allows a fair degree fo elasticity.Thats why hindus are seldom fanatic. The islam lacks this because of being a religion based on book.

YES ISLAM IS A RELIGION BASED ON A BOOK "THE COMMANDS OF GOD". HE ONLY KNOWS WHAT IS GOOD FOR HUMANS. HINDUISM IS NOT A RELIGION SO ONE SHOULD NOT FOLLOW. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD IN THAT. ALL HINDI GODS ARE BAD CHARECTER.

Lord Krishna in human form was very much a human in his daily actions. Only under exceptional circumstances did he show his divine form. In his childhood he is referred to as naughty, coz he used to steal butter and tease girls for which he was punished. Whats wrong in being naughty at a young age? Lord Krishna clearly distinguished between good and evil. He did not prescribe the sword for those who opposed his views. He was against rape and plunder and gave a superb justification in the Gita on why one must fight evil.

For les ignorants, the chief justice of India is an OBC. When will you stop hiding behind the garb of caste? If you dont, you will lose the respect of those 'brahmins' who dont care about the castes.
RE:supreme court

Wrong . Honorable Justice Balakrishna is a dalit - not OBC. Caste system exists in all communities in India and the worst case of caste system is in the muslim community where the Arabs/Turks have a special status in personal law.

Keep in mind that special laws are not just for muslims but for all the religions in India including Hinduism. Hindus marry, inherit property under hindu law.

If any muslim who thinks ( no matter whether it is Bukhari or any personal board of muslims) that the honourable Supreme Court Of India is interfering in muslims law then THEY MUST KEEP IN MIND that they live under Indian Constitution and THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW WHATEVER HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA SAYS. If they are not satisfied with SC they have a better place to live Pakistan. India does not need any person who does not have faith in Indian Constitution.
