thru this judgement, An old woman in sixtees has been denied bail for the only crime that she kept a bag for half an hour from some known person, not knowing what it contained.
But SD is granted bail for illegally keeping illegally pocured dadly weapons !
What a "Hindutva" justice it is ! (BTW, Hindutva, going by Honoable court's historic position, is a way of life of tolerance, etc, etc !!)

why is this a shame... when has India ever been a world leader in upholding justice... it is a world leader only in corruption... this result in totally expected... the most surprising thing is that Sanjay spent more than a night in jail... i didn't expect Sanjay to spend even that much time in jail.

Watch these Indian news channels. they r showing sec to sec live telecast of sanjay dutt moving out of Jail. AS all the problems of India are ended. & he is not a criminal but a messiah.
Before the judgement we all know that it will happen. Becuase he is ex-MP son and present MP brother. Behind sanjay Dutt leading congress I senior leader Priya Rajan Dass Munshi is there and other top congress leader is there. How we think he will get life impressment. All are politics we have to watch can they do for common people they never turn for us. May be tomorrow sanjay dutt will donate huge amount to congress Party- Nobody knows GIVE AND TAKE POLICY of the congress Party. He will act another Munna Bahi - Like Gandhiwadhi - and we will appreciate. When TADA court judge Mr. Kode himself told that you have long years I took only few years it means he have a some humbleness with him that is why he has made lighter punishment. If the common people took same AK47 in his hands which is not permitted according Indian IPC but his case some special consideration. will the judges act same manner for common people ???? we have to think??? it is a million dollar question ??? we have to ask Kode

Regards to Sanjubaba as actor, but not above Law. The way his supporters, Govt. etc have played with the Law is not only pathetic but shame for all of us who respect this Law. For that matter any Govt. in place of Congress would have done same thing. Long Live India and India Richpeople Law
