I can understand Bhaskar that your chances of not repeating for a long time is very bleak.
If that is all you know. And cannot comprehend the level of understanding other people have. HAve patience you will grow up eventually. But you need to develop your brain with good food, just ask you feed your body with good food. (hope you are not stuffing yourself with junk food)
drink lots of water - will reduced the toxicity of your body. I think the toxicity has reached your brain and heart. That is why you have so much of hatred.
I'm all smiles when. There are more people laughing at you that you can imagine. Dont feel bad, its a part of growing up.

Actually it is nothing to do with the religion or your faith. All hindus (in fact the majority) are not RSS or BJP. All brahmins (in fact the majority) are not Brahminists. In regard to fundamentalist inclinations, same is true of Christians and Muslims.
It is not your religion, or caste, or proffession, but your up-bringing, and sometimes your natural inclination that sets on the hate path and violence. Sometimes unfortunate ones fall into the wrong hands, and are indoctrinated with hatred.
But once you set yourself on that path you are never happy. you always want revenge, now, for all historical wrongs. You want to strike out blindly.. it is torture to your soul. I am watching Bhaskar Chatto and John dayal for sometimes, and feel very sad. If you go this way you will not have any peace of mind or happiness till the end of your life. Nice. I know where Vivekananda Rock Memorial is. Thanks for the link though:). I wanted to see if Bhaskar would reply with "the memorial itself is not in Kanyakumari.....but on a rock near Kanyakumari.....near the confluence of the three seas."
I have been to the Rock memorial and it is splendid & beautiful. I would be deeply disappointed if I knew the missionaries opposed it. Personally I don't think so, which is what I was asking for. Some piece of evidence...like the riot organised as Bhaskar claims. Bhaskar or anyone can't get away with throwing information in the air, they better include FACTS to support what they say....which in this case is....a link or something that indeed describes there was a riot organised by missionaries to prevent the construction of the Rock memorial. If you have that, pls pass it on.

Mostly valid questions and points and quite relevant. Only I don't think there is anything to be ashamed of if one doesn't know any of these, even if they are Hindus, as long as they are honest within themselves and others. The problem is with people pretending knowledge when in fact not much is there.
