Inadequate Justice
by Avilas Agarwal on Feb 16, 2007 12:49 PM  Permalink

In addition to the death sentence for the convicts, the Court should also initiate inquiry as to how this justice was delayed for 7 years. This speaks about the deplorable self-centered nature of our politicians (Jayalalitha in this case). Stringent action should be taken against her too (including her sycophants (bureaucrats)who were party to this delay) for intentionally delaying the justice.

Welcome Judgement... This should be a lesson to stupid politicians and the party members....
by Crazzy Karthik on Feb 16, 2007 12:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is the most expected Judgement but in the mean time those stupid politicians who supported them and were trying to help them coming out fo the case should also punished...

Those stupid laywers who argued on behalf of them should also be punished....

I think we they all should be hanged in Public ann people should hit them with stones for atleast a week and then they should be hanged..

Sorry Crazzy Karthik, We can%u2019t punish the lawyers. Defending their case in the court is ones fundamental right. Also, by hanging criminals in public, let us not degrade our self. However, it is encouraging to see judgments like this, which shows that democracy has started delivering some results to us despite the presence of politicians like aa, bb, cc, jj, kk etc.,

Amma??? do you know the meaning of that word. Stop using that pure word for that woman you adore so much. Your stand on such a case shows the world how criminal-politicians can get away with anything they do.

Dear Karthik i have heard about this. But many versions are floating around. The story seems that when Annamalai Univ. conferred Honarary doctorate on MK, a section of the students protested vocally. They even let loose dogs with placards arnd their necks saying "Doctor" in to the university. In the lathi charge that followed Udayakumar was killed. There is a section which believes, Udayakumar, a student leader was killed on the orders of Karunanidhi, and also believe he arm twisted Udayakumar's parents in to not identifying Udayakumar's corpse. This charge was repeated by T.Rajender during one of the campaigns.

However, there seems no direct evidance linking MK to the murder and it has nothing to do with the message board regarding the judgement.

Dear Karthick, nothing has happened that day.an small agitation made by opposition party by students.there was a lathi charged by police. The media exposed all the incidents in their own style.

THERE IS NO MEANING COMPARING BOTH THE INCIDENTS IN SAME WAY.WHAT HAPPENED IN DHARMAPURI IS RIDICULOUS>THOSE GIRLS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND THEM AND THEY WERE CRIED FOR HELP AT ANY COST .what right these culprits have to burn them to know there are students are ther in the bus.

Bus Burnng Case
by Ron L on Feb 16, 2007 12:41 PM  Permalink

It's a shame that it took seven years for justice. Futher we are more interested in actual sentence then just the verdict. But still only one punishment can be absolutely just which is burning those people in front of the parliament.
