The court has given a good judgement..let these 3 animals be crushed to death so that it should be a lesson to all others who involve in such activity..This captial punishment should be carried soon and there should not be any political party involving themself..
" This is a caution message to all the asses who says they are big people in politics"
I appreciate the courts decision, but I feel there is more to dig into. There might be more evil forces above the culprits who might have made them to assort to such deeds. Court needs to look into punishing the people who are behind the cause of the issue
It is time the judiciary made the political class pay for its sins when this detestable community of free loaders has begun to feel the country is its fiefdom. Without the slightest delay or mercy, these vermin should be put to the sword at the very spot where they burnt the innocent girls; but of course, it is too much to expect swift justice in India: the first verdict has come after six years, the accused will surely appeal before the Supreme Court and by the time their case is decided, if necessary by a mercy petition by the President, these detestable insects in human form would be ready to quit life anyway. And not forgetting the great Human Rights & Civil Rights Activists, who have made it their business to hold a candle for rank criminals and terrorists, it will not be surprising if the convicts live upto a ripe old age before dying a natural death! Mera Bharat Mahan!
There should be some rule not allowing these criminals to appeal in the higher courts. If anything, it should be in the same court. They should not be allowed to escape.

These people should be hanged on the next day of judgement.
Srinivasan writes : I feel henceforth Judgement should affect political parties too . For instance i feel The Judge should have ordered AIADMK party to pay about 50 lacs each to the students family and about a crore to the College/Govt for destroying public property. Then policial goondas will think twice before doing any distarbances to public and public property. Judges should awake and teach lessons to political parties.

Yes, that is true. The political parties that are directly and/or indirectly responsible for such acts normally does not have liabilities. But might have used such acts to make huge 'cry' of their issue.

In full agreement these political parties resort to all kinds of nonsense inciting the public and causing grevious harm to all. Good judgement and put all responsible in the dock and they must answer or the party must answer for causing loss of lives.Party must pay for damage to public property - it is difficult to build and easy to destroy they should not be let off.z
I think the court has set a right precedent by giving this judgement, although I am against death penalty but a heinous crime of this nature cant be forgiven.......It will set an example for the days to come.......
at last a verdict on one of the worst, and tragic incidents; shows how the commoner gets caught in the power struggle- and the senseless acts of party guys/ followers/hooligans. power to the victim's families.
if there is method of punishment for burning them, burn them, let them feel the pain , agoni, helplessness and dependency. Whoever incited them to do the gory act also to be half burnt.
