Judgement Never Dies...
by m vignesh on Feb 16, 2007 11:59 AM  Permalink

The judgement once again proves that it never dies and the law will be unbiased for community, politics and status. This judgement definitely inculcate the minds of beast politicians to lead their parties in a silent way. One main disappointment is that the judgment must done at earliest time.

Delayed Justice is also denied Justice....
by Sivakumar S on Feb 16, 2007 11:54 AM  Permalink

I think any party or group protesting against any subject should also be aware of the damages and should be brought to the books. Be it be AIDMK, DMK, Congress, SP or any Polito for that matter.

Its time India should speed up the social justice system. This year there is definitely a radical change in the judiciary, there is still lot more to change.

I think going forward all protests which leads to mass psychology, the initiator should be brought to justice. I hope in this case its been considered. As someone pointed out, the respective party should also pay for the damages to the family and to the college with hefty fines. In India the Fines are very meager which should also be reconsidered.

Regards

Shiva

Politicians are not above law.
by Padmesh Haridasan on Feb 16, 2007 11:53 AM  Permalink

This judgement will teach a lesson to the arrogant Jaya and her 'Jaalraas'. The poiticians have to realise that they are our servants and not masters. We are the masters.

This judgement should be carried out ASAP. Even if they appeal and go scot-free the people of Dharmapuri should not allow them and their families to live a dignified life forever.

Thanks to Students Community
by siddha nathan on Feb 16, 2007 11:52 AM  Permalink

I should first thank all the students who were involved in the protests. If the students were not stubborn enough in their protest after the incident, I do not think, if it would had taken very seriously. Very happy about the verdict and but irks slightly on why it took seven years to investigate when it is video taped. Sometimes I feel that these three guys are just scapegoats of AIADMK and a thorogh investigation might help in identifying the actual culprits.

Hanging of 3 AIADMK Workers
by amitava sarma on Feb 16, 2007 11:52 AM  Permalink

Very Good Judgement however it would have been more salutory if AIADMK would have been in power. Yes such Criminals are to be slowly burnt alive so that they also feel the horrendous pain the 3 girl students suffered. It will also save the exchequer from incurring additional expenses of burning the bodies after their death by hanging. Whatever be it the execution of the verdict shd be administered immediately.
